Account Executive, Pro Accounts

Account Executive focused on selling additional modules and features to existing customers, requiring strong sales, product knowledge, and business consultation skills. The role involves identifying upsell opportunities, demonstrating product value, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with Product and Customer Success teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Foster & build relationships with customers post-sale to identify upsell opportunities. Including: outbound prospecting, outreach to educate customers on new products/features, leading discovery calls, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ultimately driving high adoption/utilization
  2. Develop understanding of customers business needs, growth opportunities and pain points to upsell suite of Pro Product add on features
  3. Become the voice of the customer and work with a Solution Engineer to incorporate customer feedback to prioritize future features and drive better overall product experience
  4. Ability to assess and accurately forecast sales activity and revenue goals
  5. Achieve and exceed team sales goals on a monthly revenue target by building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline

Skills

Required

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales in a quota carrying role
  • 1-2 years of closing experience in a SaaS/Software role
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Salesforce proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree
