Account Manager for Booking.com in Malaysia, responsible for managing a portfolio of partners, providing commercial advice, and optimizing their performance on the platform. This role involves direct interaction with partners, acting as a trusted advisor, and influencing them to implement products. Requires strong analytical, influencing, and communication skills, with a good understanding of revenue management and the e-commerce/travel industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be responsible for managing the relationship with partners at property or local group level in the portfolio by investing majority of your time in direct interaction, mostly market visits and performance calls.
  2. Be the main point of contact for the partners in your portfolio and support them on commercial and operational topics.
  3. Be a trusted advisor for partners in your portfolio in regards to their business performance, market opportunities and industry trends and making data driven consultations by using internal analytical tools.
  4. Cooperate with relevant stakeholders like connectivity providers, central teams, (Sr.) key Account Managers and local offices
  5. Be able to influence stakeholders to implement products to optimize their performance
