  3. Partner with engineering and product teams to guide technical integrations, ensuring partners are set up for success and fully leveraging Lyft's API platform capabilities
  4. Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business, goals, and challenges — using data to uncover opportunities for growth and operational improvement
  5. Build expertise in healthcare transportation to anticipate partner needs and add strategic value beyond day-to-day account management
