Accounting Integration Specialist

This role focuses on accounting data migrations and system implementations for complex customer needs, involving transferring data between CRM and accounting platforms like QuickBooks and Intacct. The specialist will act as an accounting subject matter expert, drive internal process improvements, and manage client expectations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Perform accounting data conversion from various complex CRM/Accounting software to QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Intacct
  2. Manage multiple projects at any given time and successfully deliver high quality results
  3. Act as an QuickBooks/Accounting subject matter expert and contribute to future product development and integration efforts
  4. Be an extremely effective communicator understanding the significance and appropriate use of various communication channels and tone based on circumstances and audience
  5. Serve as the face of the company in front of most impactful clients and skillfully navigate all conversations, from introduction to long term relationship building
