This is an administrative support role at AMD, focusing on providing day-to-day assistance to managers, coordinating visitors and events, and managing procurement. It does not involve direct AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide day-to-day assistance to the Site Administration Manager.
  2. Support the Wireless Team Administrator and provide ad hoc support to additional teams as needed.
  3. Prepare visa letters, documentation, and general administrative outputs.
  4. File documents, schedule meetings, and maintain organised records.
  5. Liaise with on-site functions to host external visitors (agendas, visitor badges, logistics).
