What you'd actually do

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to Head of BTxPS and senior leaders, including daily calendar management, managing records, responding to emails, scheduling meetings and secure conference rooms.
  2. Use own judgment to make decisions on complex, non-routine issues, within scope of responsibilities. Determine own work priorities based on an understanding of department and senior leaders’ needs.
  3. Use in-depth understanding of Pfizer’s, the division’s, or the department’s organization structure to assist in supporting Head of BTxPS and senior leaders.
  4. Independently gathers information from across Pfizer from appropriate individuals to assist in solving a problem:
  5. Schedule meetings and partner with Chief of Staff on Leadership Team agendas or events for department/division, inviting appropriate internal/external individuals.

  • High School Diploma or GED with at least 10+ years of experience
