Position Summary
Our Deloitte Human Capital team helps organizations create value through people performance. We work with clients to reimagine work, the workforce, and the workplace across the enterprise and to transform their HR functions with AI and emerging technology. Work you'll do
As a Project Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Organization, Workforce, & Change team, you will:
- Lead requirements gathering efforts to define, prioritize, and refine AI use cases aligned to business needs and stakeholder objectives.
- Translate business requirements into actionable AI concepts, user experience considerations, and prototype and demo requirements.
- Design and develop AI tool demonstrations to showcase capabilities, validate use cases, and support leadership and stakeholder discussions.
- Create training scripts, communications, and enablement materials to support workshops, events, and broader change adoption activities.
- Support the planning and delivery of workshops and stakeholder sessions, including agenda development, content preparation, and follow-up communications.

Qualifications
Required:
- 4+ years of professional experience
- 1+ years of change management experience focused on AI tools, including requirements gathering for AI use cases, development of AI tool demos, coordination of product launches, or creation of training scripts and communications for workshops
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain required government Public Trust
- Ability to travel 30-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
Experience supporting federal government or public sector clients
Experience developing demonstrations or prototypes for AI-enabled tools
Experience creating training materials, communications, or workshop content
Experience coordinating stakeholder sessions, workshops, or adoption activities
