AI Enablement Pm

F5 F5 · Enterprise · Seattle, WA

This role focuses on enabling Sales and Marketing organizations to adopt and effectively use AI-powered productivity tools. The Product Manager will design and deliver enablement strategies, including onboarding, learning paths, and user support, to drive measurable adoption and behavior change. The role involves translating AI capabilities into practical use cases and workflows, managing enablement roadmaps, and tracking adoption metrics. While the role works with AI tools, it does not involve building or researching AI models themselves.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the enablement strategy and rollout plan for AI tools used across the Revenue organization, including onboarding journeys, ongoing learning paths, and change management.
  2. Translate AI capabilities into role-based use cases and repeatable workflows (e.g., post-call follow-up/admin support, information consolidation, onboarding acceleration, coaching workflows).
  3. Develop enablement assets: quick-starts, job aids, demos, FAQs, templates, and scenario-based learning.
  4. Run adoption motions such as launches, office hours, champions programs, and feedback loops; provide day-to-day user support to remove friction and accelerate time-to-value.
  5. Enable field and operations teams on internal systems and tools, processes, and quarterly operating cadence.
