THE ROLE:
We are hiring an AI Engineer to support end-to-end Agentic AI development — from prompt engineering and context engineering to production deployment.
You will design, build, and deploy AI agents integrated with enterprise systems, while working closely with users in real-world environments (Forward Deployment Engineering).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
End-to-End Agentic AI Development
- Design and build AI agents (multi-step workflows, tool usage, memory)
- Implement function calling and structured outputs
- Develop RAG pipelines and context management strategies
- Optimize reliability, latency, and response quality
Prompt → Context Engineering
- Design system and task prompts
- Engineer context windows and retrieval strategies
- Reduce hallucinations and improve consistency
- Develop evaluation and testing frameworks
Forward Deployment Engineering (FDE)
- Deploy AI solutions into live business workflows
- Integrate with APIs, databases, ERP systems
- Work directly with stakeholders to refine use cases
- Monitor, debug, and continuously improve production systems
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Strong Python programming skills
- Good understanding of enterprise APIs and ML/NLP concepts
- Structured problem-solving mindset
- Experienced with Azure OpenAI APIs or other LLM Proxies
- Built LLM apps, chatbots, agentic AI or RAG systems
- Experienced in LangChain, LangGraph development
- Strong understanding of function calling, embeddings, context management
- Cloud or on-prem deployment experience (Azure/AWS/K8s/Docker)
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / AI / Software Engineering or related field
