This is an alternating program (internship) for an Assistant Project Manager in Rehabilitation and Innovation within the HPO division (Hotels Product and Operations) at Disneyland Paris. The role involves defining project specifications, tracking projects, assisting project managers, writing reports, and conducting market research. The ideal candidate is pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Engineering with a specialization in Project Management, has ideally some experience in hotel project management, and possesses strong French and English language skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

What you'd actually do

  1. Participer à la définition du cahier des charges et de l’expérience client des hôtels en réhabilitation.
  2. Prendre part au suivi des projets.
  3. Assister les chefs de projet dans l’organisation, la préparation et le suivi des réunions projet.
  4. Rédiger les comptes-rendus à destination de la direction.
  5. Participer à des missions de benchmark, analyse d’opportunité, en fonction des projets de l’équipe.
