Seeking a VP-level Java Developer Team Lead with extensive experience in asset management and client-facing applications. Responsibilities include architecture design, development, optimization, security scanning, system integration, and project management for sales, CRM, marketing, and product lifecycle systems. Familiarity with AI technology is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be responsible for the architecture design, development and optimization of client facing application.
  2. Focus on ensuring the security of the third-party supply chain (such as security of open-source libraries), conduct regular code scan (SonarQube, Snyk) and fix vulnerabilities to ensure system security.
  3. Lead or participate in system architecture integration and upgrade, and solve complex technical problems.
  4. Develop modules of self-developed systems, and ensure systems running safely and stably.
  5. Be responsible for development and project management of the company's sales system, CRM, marketing platform, and product life cycle system etc.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science majors
  • minimum 3 years of software development experience
  • experience in managing complete development project independently
  • Experience in asset management industry application development
  • Proficient in Software development life cycle
  • familiar with security design specifications (such as OWASP Top 10)
  • Proficient in Spring family (Spring Boot/Cloud/Security, etc.)
  • familiar with distributed architecture and microservice design
  • Rich experience in DevOps and CI/CD
  • familiar with Jenkins/GitLab CI/CD
  • Experience in large-scale system architecture upgrade or reconstruction projects
  • able to lead technical solution design
  • Agile and sharp
  • fast learning ability
  • good communication and coordination skills

Nice to have

  • Familiar with AI technology
