The Analyst, Applied AI Solutions will be an embedded builder within business teams, responsible for designing and delivering practical, high-impact AI solutions. This role focuses on developing internal AI-powered tools, agents, and automations to address real business workflows and manual efforts through rapid, iterative development and deployment, ultimately aiming for user adoption and measurable improvements in productivity.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the embedded applied AI builder for your assigned team, acting as the primary builder, advisor, and problem-solver for AI-enabled workflow transformation.
  2. Translate scoped workflow needs and AI requests into concrete technical solutions using modern AI development workflows.
  3. Identify and replace manual or inefficient workflows by designing and building internal AI-powered tools, agents, and automations that integrate with Visa’s systems and ways of working.
  4. Iterate quickly on prototypes and solutions based on feedback from the pod lead and end users.
  5. Templatize and document solutions to support reuse, maintainability, and scale.
