This role is for an analytical and technical analyst focused on Agency Channel Performance, leveraging business insights and analytics to drive strategic decisions and measure progress. It involves using quantitative and qualitative data to provide insights, working closely with the Agency Analytics function, and acting as a business intelligence role to inform decision-making.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead efforts to determine how Agency Channel Performance can best leverage business insights and analytics to make strategic decisions and measure progress.
  2. Become a trusted analytical partner to teams within Agency Channel Performance, ensuring our business partners have the insights needed to execute on strategic priorities.
  3. Work closely with the new Agency Analytics function, which provides data support, analytics, and insights to the broader Corporate Agency department.
  4. Use data from a variety of quantitative and qualitative sources to assess progress toward outcomes and provide valuable insights into the factors influencing results.
  5. Work with a variety of roles at all levels of the organization and must therefore possess strong communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
