What you'd actually do

  1. Complete new employee level 3 training and courseware within three months, pass standardized operations test and obtain certification before the end of the probation period.
  2. Strictly abide by standardized operations.
  3. Achieve skill matrix 3+3 before being promoted from Assembler I to Assembler Technician.
  4. Strictly abide by the company's PPE wearing regulations and all safety regulations to avoid safety accidents.
  5. Strictly implement other company rules and regulations, and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor or foreman in a timely manner.
