  1. 完成新员工的三级安全教育培训并在试用期结束前通过标准化操作测试并取得认证。
  2. 严格遵守标准化操作，按照STF流程反馈问题，了解FMEA的基本知识。
  3. 在装配初级工被提升成装配技术员前达到技能矩阵 3+3
  4. 严格执行岗位上的PPE穿戴，并遵守各项安全规定，发现安全隐患立即汇报主管。
  5. 能够快速学习发动机工位装配操作，认真学习SWS，BIQ，RPRT,BIS等一些Lean的知识，能看懂生产的基本图表。
