What you'd actually do

  1. Manage project plans and timelines, coordinate logistics, and measure the success of training initiatives to drive the implementation of our Asset Management Training Strategy.
  2. Design and deliver training programs on proprietary technology platforms, ensuring employees are confident and proficient in using these tools.
  3. Support strategic initiatives and key priorities by providing insights for continuous improvement.
  4. Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to drive our training strategy.
  5. Participate in collaborative initiatives with regional and global team members and managers, seeking ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business practices.

  • Experience delivering technology training or onboarding for proprietary platforms, ideally in a financial services or technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible training materials for diverse audiences.
  • Comfort with hands-on demonstrations, troubleshooting, and supporting users in real time.
