Executive Director role focused on spearheading strategic initiatives and digital transformation within a private bank, leveraging AI and advanced technologies to improve client service, operational efficiency, and the control environment. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and collaboration with senior stakeholders to drive impactful change in the financial services industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive cutting-edge change management strategies to transform the client experience, as well as that of the Advisor and all other operational support teams, ensuring alignment with the International Private Bank's strategic goals.
  2. Utilize machine learning technologies and analytical skills to challenge the status quo, assess business challenges and opportunities, and develop strategic plans that address emerging issues and capitalize on growth potential.
  3. Partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Operations to ensure cohesive execution of transformation projects.
  4. Elevate excellence in client service delivery by collaborating with bankers and product partners to provide tailored services to clients, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives to enhance client interactions.
  5. Utilize data-driven insights to ensure real-time client feedback, market trends, and advisor feedback to enhance internal and external client and relationship alignment.

Skills

Required

  • Extensive experience in change and strategy development and management, transformation, or strategic leadership within the financial services industry, preferably in Private Banking.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrating the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in AI, machine learning, data analytics, and technology innovation, with experience in digital transformation, client experience design, and control environment enhancement.

Nice to have

  • Experience in leading large-scale operational change execution and/or front-to-back business transformation.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end bank infrastructure, including advisors, client service, product, technology, operations, controls, and data management.
  • Proven success in developing and driving business transformation, technology innovation, and control environment enhancement.
