Responsibilities include literature/data reviews, experimental design, CRO management for assays, data interpretation, and decision support. Key requirements emphasize research experience in disease biology, target identification/validation, or experimental therapeutics, with proficiency in experimental design and data interpretation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Target and program evaluation: Conduct literature and data reviews to identify and prioritize disease-relevant targets and mechanisms of action.
  2. Assess scientific rationale, competitive landscape, and translational feasibility for potential internal and collaborative programs.
  3. Experimental design and hypothesis testing: Design and refine in vitro and in vivo study plans to evaluate targets, pathways, biomarkers, and candidate agents.
