Associate, Account and Engagement Finance Services

This role supports account and engagement financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting. It involves preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial data for client accounts and engagements, tracking financial activity, identifying variances, and using financial systems to analyze data. The team uses advanced financial, budgeting, and forecasting techniques to provide cost estimates and keep projects on track and on cost.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support account and engagement financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting
  2. Prepare, review, and maintain financial data for client accounts and engagements across multiple workstreams
  3. Track financial activity and identify variances, discrepancies, and items requiring follow-up
  4. Use financial systems and reporting tools to analyze data and support account management activities
  5. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support engagement financial operations and meet reporting deadlines

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of experience in a finance/financial analysis role
  • 1+ years of experience with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • 1+ years of experience summarizing results and producing management reports
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
