  1. Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, leading safety initiatives, and working safely and accountable for supporting all HSE Corporate and Site Goals.
  2. Development and monitoring of metrics
  3. Provide education on concepts
  4. Drive projects for improvement
  5. Provide a leadership role in the Device Assembly / Packaging and manage improvements for the process team.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelors’ Degree in a science-based field
  • Experience in Device Assembly / Packaging Operations
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Nice to have

  • Deviation, CAPA, investigation experience
  • Previous leadership / supervisory experience helpful
  • Career interests in operations leadership.
  • Must be flexible to attend meetings or support off - shifts as necessary
