This role is responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain planning and operations to ensure reliable, compliant, and cost-effective product supply. It involves driving integrated demand and supply management through S&OP, managing distribution and logistics, and acting as a liaison between commercial, regulatory, quality, and regional supply chain teams. The role also focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to identify risks, resolve challenges, and implement continuous improvements, while ensuring compliance with GDP, GMP, GDL, customs, and internal processes. Additionally, it includes leading and developing supply chain teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the primary Supply Chain partner to the Country Leadership Team (CLT) and cross-functional stakeholders, enabling aligned and informed business decision-making.
  2. Drive demand and supply excellence through effective pre‑S&OP, S&OP, new product planning, and regulatory change management to ensure reliable product availability.
  3. Ensure full compliance and risk management across GDP, GMP, GDL, customs, and internal processes, safeguarding product integrity and regulatory standards.
  4. Optimize supply chain performance and costs by leveraging data-driven insights, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening planning and execution processes.
  5. Lead, develop, and coach supply chain teams to build capability, engagement, and performance.

  • Proven track record in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and leading supply chain improvements.
