Associate Field Marketing Manager (west/central)

Datadog is seeking an Associate Field Marketing Manager to support event logistics, third-party sponsorships, and vendor coordination for the West and Central NAMER region. This role focuses on the execution and operational delivery of regional programs to support pipeline-generating activities, enabling Field Marketing Managers to focus on strategic planning.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support pipeline driving activities for target accounts, ensuring smooth delivery from planning through post-event follow-up
  2. Coordinate hospitality events, executive dinners, third-party sponsorships, regional activations, and local programs
  3. Manage vendors, contracts, shipping, inventory, on-site logistics, and budget tracking
  4. Support scalable initiatives such as event-in-a-box kits and repeatable regional playbooks
  5. Partner closely with Sales and Field Marketing Managers to align programs with territory priorities

Skills

Required

  • 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, event coordination, or program support
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership over execution
  • Clear communicator who collaborates well across Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams
  • Process-oriented and interested in building scalable systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas thoughtfully and clearly to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with marketing or sales tools (e.g., SFDC, Marketo) is a plus
