Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in Fund Administration
  • experience maintaining, managing, and nurturing multiple client relationships
  • experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs)
  • review financial statements and footnotes, ensuring consistency with relevant GAAP (US GAAP, IFRS) and industry practice
  • experienced with Waterfall calculations, management fees, and carried interest allocations in both Private Credit and VC/PE structures
  • worked on complex entity structures, including master-feeder and parallel fund structures, and are comfortable with consolidated reporting
  • strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • effective communicator, excel at multi-tasking, and are deadline-driven
  • deep understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Private Credit markets
  • proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with relevant systems such as Xero, Investran, QuickBooks, and other Private Credit-specific platforms
  • worked with general ledger systems and have implemented new systems or workflows
  • enjoy working in projects in a fast-paced environment, both independently and within a collaborative team
  • leverage technology to automate processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the client experience
  • enjoy mentoring and developing talent within the team

Nice to have

  • CPA or CMA preferred
  • Prior experience working with or within a fund administrator or private credit investment firm preferred
