Job Description:
The incumbent plays a key role in protecting the safety and security of Guests and Cast Members at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. Acting as a central communication hub, this role supports coordination across Security and Operations teams, monitors critical systems, and ensures timely response to incidents and emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate security systems, including CCTV, fire alarm (AFA), access control (Lenel), and weather systems
- Manage communication platforms such as digital radio and public address systems
- Coordinate and provide communication support across Security teams and other Lines of Business
- Respond to and assist in handling security incidents and emergency situations
- Maintain, review, and update operational procedures and documentation
Requirements
- Secondary education or above
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (security or operations preferred)
- Valid Security Personnel Permit
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to incidents
- Familiarity with security, communication, or monitoring systems is an advantage
