Associate Specialist, Customer Support

This role provides operational support in customer service and supply chain management, focusing on order processing, timely delivery, and documentation. It acts as a liaison between customers, internal teams, and logistics providers to ensure smooth business operations and resolve issues, including those with government authorities. The role also involves invoice preparation, tax filing, and record maintenance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the end-to-end Order Management process, including capturing sales orders from customers and distributors.
  2. Ensure accurate and complete order entry into the system and proper handling of all supporting documentation.
  3. Coordinate closely with the third-party logistics provider to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  4. Act as a liaison between customers, internal teams, and external partners to resolve delivery, order, or documentation issues.
  5. Address and resolve issues that may arise with government authorities and support related reporting requirements.
