Seeking a seasoned Growth Marketer to lead ElevenLabs' expansion into the Middle East. This role requires a builder comfortable with the "zero-to-one" phase of regional growth, managing multiple growth channels, and implementing projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include defining and owning regional growth strategy, aggressive lead generation, building outbound sequences, managing local events, collaborating on ABM, and localizing messaging.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and own regional growth: Define the regional growth strategy & channels and own the implementation and outcomes
  2. Regional Growth Engine: Make sure the Middle East grows through aggressive lead generation and brand awareness.
  3. Outbound Strategy: Build and execute complex, multi-language outbound sequences that cut through the noise.
  4. Local Events: End-to-end ownership of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars in the region.
  5. Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with performance marketing on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting.

Skills

Required

  • Native Arabic speaker
  • Fluent English speaker
  • 5+ years of Growth experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the Middle East region
  • Experience implementing growth and marketing projects from start to finish
  • Experience holding oneself accountable for ROI
  • Strong drive and history of high engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams
  • Broad knowledge in growth marketing (data analysis, performance, campaign planning, event organizing)
  • Ability to act as the local Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for all marketing operations
