The Senior Manager - Cyber Defence and Response is responsible for establishing, monitoring, scaling, and continuously improving cybersecurity services including Cyber Threat landscape, Security operations, Incident response, and threat hunting. The role requires strategic leadership, operational excellence, team management, and hands-on involvement in high-impact situations to ensure the company remains secure and compliant.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the BHI Cyber Defense Operations strategy and execution across all BHI brands.
  2. Delivers mature, efficient, innovative, robust and resilient Cyber Response, Operations & Hunting Services and programs that are top of line compared to industry standards.
  3. Drive continuous improvements and operational efficiency in Cyber Response, Operations & Hunting Services, ensuring the appropriate resources and budget are applied to each topic and that the organization and people are set up to deliver.
  4. Effectively manage multiple teams and managers with varying scopes within cybersecurity, ensuring leadership and accountability across all levels and delivery of the services and business outcomes.
  5. Ensures incidents and crises are handled timely and appropriately within their area and impact is kept to a minimum.
