Brand Manager for Kisunla

This is a Brand Manager role for a pharmaceutical product (Kisunla) in the Neuroscience division, focusing on strategic brand planning, launch preparedness, and lifecycle management for Alzheimer's disease treatments. The role involves managing the brand P&L, stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and deliver the comprehensive brand strategy for Kisunla across launch and lifecycle stages, including strategic preparation for the second indication in Cognitively Unimpaired Alzheimer’s Disease.
  2. Ensure outstanding launch readiness supported by close cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders including healthcare professionals, payers, clinical experts, patient advocacy organisations, and, where appropriate, broader consumer-facing stakeholders.
  4. Manage the brand P&L, oversee forecasting activities, and guide resource allocation to maximise commercial impact.
  5. Lead strategic preparation for forthcoming indications and support commercial assessments for future Neuroscience assets.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Business
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
  • successful experience launching specialty medicines
  • Strong scientific leadership
  • Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong English communication abilities

Nice to have

  • Experience in Neuroscience and/or Oncology
  • exposure to global roles
  • Consumer marketing experience, particularly in campaigns that bridge healthcare and patient or public engagement
