This role is for an early-career Business Development Representative in the DACH region for Notion, a collaborative AI workspace. The BDR will focus on outbound prospecting, qualifying mid-market customers, shaping sales processes, and generating pipeline. The role requires business fluency in English and German, a competitive spirit, and previous sales experience. While Notion is an AI company, this specific role is sales-focused and does not involve building AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Create and execute strategic outbound campaigns with customised and multichannel messaging for your market
  2. Implement proven sales methodologies to prospect into new accounts
  3. Hold ownership over pipeline generation tactics and strategic approaches
  4. Learn about our product inside and out working towards an AE role where you will develop the skills to give demos customised to the needs of different personas
  5. Collaborate with marketing on regional campaign initiatives
