This role is for a Business Development Representative at Airtable, a no-code app platform. The primary focus is on generating qualified pipeline opportunities and expanding Airtable's customer base in the EMEA region, specifically supporting the Southern Europe region. The role involves inbound follow-up, outbound prospecting, strategic outreach, account planning, and collaborating with Account Executives and Marketing. A key aspect is helping prospective customers understand how Airtable can transform their work processes and developing commercial and strategic sales skills. The role is hybrid, based in London, requiring 3 days per week in the office. Fluency in French is required, along with at least 1 year of sales experience. The ideal candidate is interested in leveraging AI in their work and developing as an 'AI Fluent seller', thrives in a fast-paced environment, is organized, proactive, and a strong communicator.

What you'd actually do

  1. Generate qualified pipeline through a combination of inbound follow-up, outbound prospecting, and strategic outreach across France supporting our Southern Europe region.
  2. Partner closely with Account Executives on territory planning, account prioritisation, and personalised outreach strategies.
  3. Research target accounts and personas to identify high-impact opportunities and create thoughtful, tailored messaging.
  4. Engage prospective customers through calls, emails, events, webinars, and multi-channel campaigns.
  5. Clearly articulate Airtable’s value proposition and how our platform helps organisations solve complex operational challenges.

Skills

Required

  • Fluent French speaker
