What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a strategic partner to G&A leaders, developing a deep understanding of their teams, roles, and priorities.
  2. Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple concurrent searches: from building sourcing strategies from scratch through offer structuring and close.
  3. Use pipeline data, conversion metrics, and market benchmarks to diagnose problems early and influence hiring decisions.
  4. Stay ahead of search dynamics by anticipating stakeholder needs, refining processes, and keeping hiring teams aligned and moving.
  5. Collaborate with recruiting coordinators and sourcers to ensure a transparent, consistent, and candidate-first interview experience.
