This role is for a Call Center Bilingual Collections Representative at AT&T, responsible for providing billing support, managing collections for past due accounts, and retaining customers. The position involves handling a high volume of customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails, explaining bills and services, processing payments, and negotiating payment arrangements. It's a hybrid role requiring 3-4 days onsite and 1-2 days remote, with a focus on customer service and loyalty.

  1. Provide billing support and perform collections management to recover past due account balances and retain customers.
  2. Use effective communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers with sensitive billing situations, negotiate payment arrangements, and process payment transactions.

  4. Work in a fast-paced environment that handles a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions.
  5. Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and utilizing your knowledge of AT&T’s product and services to effectively service and retain customers.
