What you'd actually do

  1. The Manager, Business Analysis and Insights leads the development and execution of strategic approaches to manage and optimize business operations.

  3. The position may also be responsible for conducting ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into specific areas to address immediate concerns or support strategic initiatives.
  4. In addition to data analysis, the role establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and develops dashboards to monitor operational processes, generate comprehensive reports, and create data visualizations that effectively communicate findings.
  5. The Manager also provides insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive operational efficiencies, optimize workflows, and enhance business outcomes.
