Capital Project & Real Estate Consultant - Government & Public Services

Consultant role focused on capital projects and real estate within the Government & Public Services sector. Responsibilities include advising clients on infrastructure decisions, managing real property projects, and analyzing project costs and schedules. What you'd actually do

  1. Help our clients make infrastructure decisions and manage real property projects
  2. Increase accountability, transparency, and supportability throughout the asset management lifecycle
  3. Build suitable structures, systems, and controls so that our clients can deliver capital projects and manage real property portfolios with confidence
  4. Assist with organizations plan, manage and control project cost and schedule through construction auditing, schedule analysis and litigation support
  5. Deploy construction analytics to help our clients harness data to create insights in digestible and actionable form

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field
  • 2+ years of construction industry related experience
  • 1+ year(s) of experience analyzing project cost, schedule management, or physical asset management using construction industry techniques and software applications
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities within in a hybrid work model
  • Ability to travel up to 40%

Nice to have

  • Previous Professional Services Firm or Big 4 experience
  • Currently certified as a EIT, PE, AIA, PMP, PSP, CCM and/or related industry certifications
  • MBA or Masters in a relevant field
  • Experience/Familiarity with P6 and/or Microsoft Project scheduling software, data analysis and visualization tools
