Channel Partner Manager, South Asia

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through channel partners in South Asia by actively participating in the sales cycle, coaching partners, building executive-level presentations, recruiting and developing partners, and owning regional performance metrics. The role requires experience in channel partnerships and B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of carrying a sales quota.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive revenue through South Asia channel partners by actively participating in the sales cycle, from discovery through close.
  2. Coach and equip partners to run high-quality discovery conversations, uncover customer pain, and map those needs to Asana's capabilities.
  3. Build and deliver compelling executive-level presentations and business cases alongside partners to speak credibly to senior stakeholders.
  4. Recruit, onboard, and develop scaled services partners and Asana Certified Pros who can carry the Asana narrative independently over time.
  5. Own your regional performance metrics, tracking accountability for revenue goals and regional growth.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience spanning channel partnerships and direct or indirect B2B SaaS sales
  • proven track record of carrying a sales quota
  • Ability to run deep discovery, surface customer pain points, and coach partner teams to do the same
  • A natural storyteller who connects customer challenges to product capabilities dynamically via decks, whiteboard sessions, or live demos
  • Comfortable presenting to, engaging with, and handling complex questions from executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience building and scaling partner programs effectively without sacrificing quality
  • Deep understanding of the full B2B SaaS sales motion: pipeline generation, solution selling, commercial negotiation, and post-sale expansion
  • Fluency in English
