Block is seeking a Learning & Experience Designer for Channel Sales to create a world-class Independent Consultant (IC) program. This role will architect learning experiences and communication strategies for partners, resellers, and independent consultants, focusing on driving behavior change and scaling impact. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, a proven track record of building programs from scratch, and expertise in learning design principles.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and own the end-to-end enablement journey for our Channel Sales teams—from first touch to ongoing mastery
  2. Build a premium programme that reflects the calibre of our IC initiative: structured, sophisticated, and measurably effective
  3. Challenge conventional enablement approaches and introduce innovative formats that drive deeper understanding and faster action
  4. Translate complex product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies into experiences that feel intuitive and empowering
  5. Establish the frameworks, standards, and best practices that will define how we enable at scale
  6. Own the communications strategy for Channel Sales—bringing clarity, consistency, and purpose to every touchpoint
  7. Design and orchestrate key moments including: Product and feature launches that inspire action, Regular updates that inform without overwhelming, Partner townhalls that build community and momentum

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years designing learning experiences in a sales enablement environment
  • Proven track record of building enablement programmes from the ground up
  • Deep expertise in learning design principles
  • Experience enabling Channel Sales (partners, resellers, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex product or commercial information into clear, compelling learning experiences
  • Track record of building scalable systems and processes
