Channel Sales Manager for Square France, responsible for building and managing a network of independent sales consultants to promote Square's payment and business management solutions. The role focuses on recruiting, training, coaching, and driving the performance of the sales network, rather than direct sales.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identifier, recruter et intégrer des conseillers commerciaux indépendants (auto-entrepreneurs) sur votre territoire
  2. Construire et faire grandir une équipe performante de 20 à 30 consultants grâce à un recrutement rigoureux et qualitatif
  3. Animer des sessions de coaching régulières en individuel, des accompagnements terrain et des feedbacks structurés pour maximiser la performance de chaque consultant
  4. Identifier les axes de progression et déployer des plans de formation ciblés
  5. Suivre et analyser les performances commerciales à l'échelle de l'équipe et de chaque consultant
