What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and improve business processes for the Cores Post-Silicon Validation using state-of-the art AI tools
  2. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure team preparation for important deadlines, program milestones, pre-reads, and executive meetings.
  3. Moderate process forums, capture minutes and actions, and follow up with action item owners to ensure closed-loop accountability.
  4. Data Champion: foster a data-driven culture through trusted data sources, analytics, insights, and AI-based recommendations to support business decisions.
  5. Data Analysis & Modeling: Analyze large datasets using advanced tools to develop predictive AI models.

Skills

Required

  • operations and post-silicon program management
  • technical, analytical and programming skills (for example C/C++ or another high-level language) in a Post-Silicon Validation environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently, defining goals and scope and leading one’s own development
  • Extensive program management experience in Post-Silicon Validation
  • Adaptable communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly and at a level appropriate for both senior executives and individual contributors / stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute operational and business processes and metrics, and initiative to identify and drive improvements to process and visibility as needed.

  • Experience in proactively establishing expectations and ownership for deliverables, as well as holding owners accountable.
  • Has driven product development with hardware platforms and related software ecosystem.
