What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the VP, Fusion Sales, helping translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
  2. Prepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, strategic narratives, and leadership communications, translating data and operational insights into compelling narratives for senior executives and key stakeholders
  3. Design, manage, and continuously improve the operating cadence for the Fusion Sales organization, including leadership meetings, forecast reviews, QBRs, business reviews, planning cycles, and executive updates
  4. Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Strategy, Operations, and other key stakeholders
  5. Champion the adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows to improve productivity, decision-making, operational efficiency, and scalability across the sales organization
