Celonis is seeking a Client Value Partner for their retail sector to drive data-driven business transformation for strategic customers using their Process Intelligence Graph and AI capabilities. This role focuses on customer success, executive relationship management, and ensuring value realization from the Celonis platform.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level internal / external executives, embedding Celonis into their strategic objectives.
  2. Ensure engagements are properly staffed leveraging resources from global cross-functional Celonis teams, such as Servicing, Product & Engineering
  3. Responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey
  4. Influence key customer stakeholders through executive communication, product knowledge, and industry/domain expertise.
  5. Organize and lead customer advisory boards to address industry-specific challenges and innovations, establishing a structured feedback loop to continuously gather insights and improve products and services.
