What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the Onboarding team in implementing Treasury Products and Services, driving team performance through individual coaching and development, and promoting an inclusive and diverse work environment.
  2. Foster a client-centric culture within the team, managing client and partner expectations, and building global relationships that support business initiatives and enhance the client experience.
  3. Lead and optimize team productivity to deliver measurable value to functional partners. Develop and implement metrics for performance reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous process improvement.
  4. Utilize advanced risk management skills to identify and resolve potential business risks, maintain a controls agenda to ensure policies protect the firm, and own the identification and resolution of risks and issues.
  5. Collaborate with Operations and Product Management to streamline onboarding processes, leverage technology for innovation, and challenge assumptions for continuous improvement.
