This role is for a Senior Consolidated Systems Monitoring Administrator in a government-focused sector, requiring 24x7 monitoring of server and network operations, troubleshooting, and ticket management. What you'd actually do

  1. Provide 24 x 7 monitoring support to Client/Server and Network Operations.
  2. Take appropriate action to maintain system availability.
  3. Analyze system anomalies, perform initial troubleshooting, generate and route Maximo tickets to the appropriate service providers for timely work-off.
  4. Maintain current and accurate logs, accurately documenting all system outages and pertinent follow-up information as required.
  5. Remain current in with Standard Operating Procedures, System manuals and control logs.
