What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the “CEO of the product domain”, leading cross-functional teams of product owners, UX designers, engineers, data engineers, and scrum masters to deliver innovative digital insurance solutions across Personal. Commercial, and Specialty lines products. Drive end-to-end execution of the product vision from ideation and feature prioritization through development, testing, and deployment.
  2. Define and manage OKRs and KPIs focused on prospect conversion, customer adoption, and retention by delivering highly intuitive digital experiences and optimized insurance workflows. Leverage data analytics, customer behavior metrics, and voice-of-customer insights to drive validated learning and continuous product improvement.
  3. Maintain a customer-centric product roadmap and feature backlog aligned with insurance policy lifecycle capabilities (e.g., quoting, underwriting, policy servicing, claims). Differentiate between strategic and foundational features while ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational requirements.
  4. Lead an innovation-driven change management process by combining business strategy, KPI tracking, user behavior insights, and market research to identify high-impact opportunities, including the adoption of Agentic AI and Generative AI use cases for underwriting support, claims automation, agent productivity, and digital customer engagement.
  5. Define business rules, data standards, and process frameworks to ensure consistent implementation of capabilities across digital insurance platforms, enabling frictionless omni-channel customer experiences across web, mobile, email, push notifications, and agent-assisted interactions.
