This role is for a Corporate and Securities Counsel at Elastic, a company that positions itself as a "Search AI Company". What you'd actually do

  1. Reporting pursuant to and compliance with rules and regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission such as annual and quarterly reports on forms 10-K and 10-Q, proxy statements, Form 8-Ks, Section 16 filings and other SEC filings.
  2. Reporting pursuant to and compliance with rules and regulations of the New York Stock Exchange.
  3. Assume responsibility for subsidiary management around the globe, overseeing and working with the team’s senior corporate paralegal and key stakeholders for execution of this work.
  4. Assist in efforts regarding climate and sustainability reporting.
  5. Prepare materials for Board and Committee meetings. This includes agendas, corporate governance documents, corporate resolutions, and meeting minutes. You will also prepare and maintain Diligent board books.
