Creator Community Growth

ElevenLabs ElevenLabs · AI Frontier · United States · Growth

This role focuses on building and scaling community and ambassador programs for ElevenLabs' creator ecosystem, specifically around their AI creative suite (voice, music, image, video). The individual will develop relationships with creators, host workshops, use data to track growth, represent the company at events, and define the creator ideal customer profile. While the company is AI-focused and the role uses AI tools, the core function is community growth and product adoption, not direct AI/ML model development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build scalable community and ambassador programs and repeatable frameworks that grow the creator ecosystem beyond your own direct reach.
  2. Develop lasting relationships with creators, studios, agencies, and community leaders, becoming a trusted presence in those spaces.
  3. Host and lead creator workshops with brands, agencies, marketing teams, and independent creators across ElevenLabs' creative suite - voice, music, image, and video.
  4. Use data and community insights to track growth, identify what is resonating, and scale what works. Establish a regular reporting cadence and feed what you are hearing directly into product and growth teams.
  5. Represent ElevenLabs at IRL creative meetups, AI events, industry conferences, and community gatherings across the US, and plan owned events ranging from intimate creator dinners to larger community meetups.
