Boeing is seeking a Customer Training Scheduler in Singapore or Shanghai to manage and schedule global training resources, ensuring efficient and cost-effective utilization in line with customer requirements. Responsibilities include scheduling flight training, managing logistics, monitoring schedule changes, and collaborating with stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Schedule flight training for Airline Customers and internal teams, in line with customer requirements with good customer service
  2. Focus on ensuring efficient, optimal and cost-effective utilization of resources. This includes students, classrooms, and training devices as required.
  3. Perform logistics to support delivery of flight and maintenance training for multiple airplane models, including collaborating with Flight Training and CTO stakeholders
  4. Monitor training schedule changes and notify the applicable stakeholders of such changes and their impact.
  5. Manage rescheduling efforts and communicate schedule revisions to appropriate internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or customer service related experience.
  • Fluency in English is required, including the ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and effectively in both spoken and written form.

Nice to have

  • Experience with training scheduling and program management, integration of all logistics elements, customer communication, as well as understanding of execution of program planning to ensure schedules, and baseline requirements of flight crew training schedule and program.
  • Experience working on Flight Simulator Training scheduling or a comparable commercial flight training campus operation.
  • Experience with airlines scheduling related to Flight/Maintenance training practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
