What you'd actually do

  1. Leading insurance-focused operate and implementation engagements across business process outsourcing and business process as a service environments
  2. Defining and executing global resource and coverage strategies, leverage models, and productivity approaches to support scalable service delivery
  3. Driving the design and adoption of automated operational solutions, including ticketing and monitoring capabilities
  4. Managing cross-functional teams to deliver client outcomes, operational improvements, and program objectives
  5. Advising client stakeholders on transformation opportunities across insurance operations, service delivery, and managed services models

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of consulting, operate, or implementation experience in the insurance industry
  • 2+ years of experience in business process outsourcing or business process as a service related to insurance operations
  • 2+ years of leadership experience defining global resource and coverage models, leverage models, productivity models, and automated solutions such as ticketing and monitoring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or another technology-related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing global service delivery across multiple centers
  • 5+ years of experience applying Software Development Life Cycle methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Rational Unified Process
  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following industries: Financial Services, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, or Media
  • 6+ years of experience presenting recommendations to client stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences
