Visa is seeking a Digital Sales Representative Senior Manager to lead a team selling to clients in the Asia Pacific region. The role involves analyzing performance data, optimizing team effectiveness, and acting as a liaison between sales teams and other departments. The manager will also be responsible for training and developing the sales team, refining sales strategies, and communicating performance updates to stakeholders. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team of Digital Sales Representatives (DSRs) selling to a breadth of clients in a common segment across the Asia Pacific region
  2. Lead regular training and development sessions to upskill DSRs on digital selling, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  3. Analyze performance data to forecast pipeline, identify patterns, trends, and areas of opportunity, optimizing team effectiveness.
  4. Act as a liaison between DSRs and other departments, ensuring a unified approach to driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
  5. Proficient in using reporting tools and features (e.g., MSD, PowerBI, Tableau) to create actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
