New Relic is seeking a Director, Enterprise Sales - East to lead and mentor Enterprise Account Executives, drive new logo acquisition, and achieve sales growth goals for SaaS products in the East region. The role involves building go-to-market plans, managing strategic deals, providing sales forecasting, and ensuring customer happiness and renewals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and mentor Enterprise Account Executives in achieving personal, team, and organizational quota by helping structure sales opportunities and deals; further assist with selling activities as appropriate and ensure the sales team is working cohesively with both internal and external teams
  2. Build and drive new and strategic go-to-market plans to meet company growth and market share goals
  3. Drive strategic deals and accounts to six-figure and seven-figure deal victories
  4. Provide strategic executive leadership for sales forecasting, territory assignments, sales mentorship, and commission planning
  5. Develop annual sales forecasts using both top-down and bottom-up input
