This role leads Intel's global social media and community strategy, transitioning from a broadcast model to a community-first, predictive posture. It involves architecting a global organization that integrates brand narrative, technical community engagement, developer marketing, social intelligence, and AI-led intelligence gathering, content development, and orchestration. The role requires building a modern function from the ground up, transforming social listening into predictive intelligence, partnering on rapid response capabilities using AI-driven workflows, managing competitive narratives, and fostering community and developer engagement across various platforms, including Generative AI and LLMs. It also focuses on AI-native content operations, integrating generative and agentic AI into the content supply chain, and driving Intel's messaging into channels that serve as training sources for LLMs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Translate Intel's positive posture and enterprise brand narrative into a multi channel global social strategy that resonates with key audiences including but not limited to developers, gamers, enterprise buyers, influencers, investors, and AI chatbots, themselves.
  2. Transform social listening into a predictive intelligence function, surfacing real time insights on market momentum, competitive posture, technical community insights and emerging narratives.
  3. Build a world class global community management function that goes beyond support to active participation and leadership across traditional social apps, developer forums, Reddit, Discord, and Generative AI with their supporting LLMs and downstream applications.
  4. Partner with Growth and Operations to integrate generative and agentic AI into the social content supply chain - enabling hyper personalized, high velocity storytelling.
  5. Translate Intel's positive posture and new brand narrative into a multi-channel social strategy that resonates with key audiences such as developers, gamers, enterprise buyers, analysts and investors.
